This workshop provides a working knowledge of the Apollo Root Cause Analysis methodology and way of thinking-- a 4-stage process that goes far beyond the traditional root cause analysis problem solving processes. By the end of the workshop, attendees will have the skills to solve real world problems faster, more efficiently and effectively at any time.
