Advanced RCA For Facilitators
Workshop Duration: 1 Day (Wednesday, May 9th)
This course goes beyond RCA and into Continuous Improvement. It builds on the RCA Facilitator workshop by delivering 10 additional advanced Continuous Improvement and RCA topics to help develop expertise in Effective Problem Solving. Attendees will advance their personal and professional investigation and analysis knowledge and skills by learning to build an effective program and determine gaps in your Continuous Improvement Program and understand the difference between Issue Resolution and Issue Elimination and Prevention. Upon completion of the workshop, attendees will be able to lead “high” Level Analysis or Incident Investigation and act as a mentor for other RCA Facilitators.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Capture nonconformity and Determine Root Causes
- Develop Action Plan and Obtain Approvals
- Differentiate between Issue Resolution & Issue Elimination and Prevention
- Perform Reactive and Proactive analysis including Risk assessment
- Handle Analysis with Evidence or no-evidence
- Monitor, Track and Trend Results and Share Lessons Learned
